help with my halloween costume?
hi . im making my own halloween costume and im making a ladybug . i got a red dress and black felt to cut dots out of . heres the thing . i want to be able to stick the dots onto the dress but then take them off afterwards with no problem so that i can use the dress again without holes or whatever. how can i stick the dots to the dress so that i can use the dress again ?

Pin them on with safety pins, make it so that you can’t see a lot of the pin, or look for some black safety pins.
Or you could sew them on, but not very firmly, so that after, you could just cut the thread and pull them off.

I know you probably don’t want to hear this, but take it from a college student all the girls that look hot on Halloween freeze their tails off. Plus you can get some attention from older guys you don’t want. There are teen versions of most of the adult costumes. All of those are too adult.

Ok get fake eye lashes, like the big black ones, then like red or black eye shadow with silver glitter on top, then do thick eye liner, also do a red or black lipstick w/ a clear gloss on top to make ur lips shine…

I think a guy going as a lady bug would be hilarious and unique. I would do black hair, not sure about the face, lady bugs usually have black heads and little white eyes so maybe something that reflects that?

Well, because my bf lost our bet on the broncos cowboys game today. I am thinking of making him wear my ladybug costume from last year for halloween this year. I was wondering how far I should go with this, and/or if there is something else he should go as!? Should I make him shave and wear heels? What about underwear?? Do you think he would really make you wear something that bad? If I were you, I’d make him think it was going to be terrible, just awful. But then, when it came time to get into costume, I’d give him something really funny, but cool, or something manly to wear. How long will he be your bf if you turn him into a ladybug? I’ve seen guys wear worse, but it was because they wanted to (for some reason), but because they were made to.
On the other hand, you could make him dress as the loosing team’s cheer leader, since he was one! But have him wear a sweater and leave his hairy legs alone. It would be funny, yet fitting, punishment.

What should I be for halloween?
I am fifteen, and I have no idea what to be. I don’t want to be something scary or halloweenish. I want it to be cute. And it has to be MODEST. I love Halloween! Maybe do something like your gave celeb or singer. I am all for modesty too. One year I was lady gaga but made it appropriate with a crazy above the knee dress and tights. You could also be a food, like an Oreo cookie! A nerd would be cute! You can get a white shirt and tuck it in some rolled up jeans and black converse and have some pens in your pockets! Don’t forget the glasses either. You could also be someone from a certain era, like the 80s. If you are going with your friends, you and a friend could be thing 1 and thing 2 from Cat In The Hat! im going to dress up for halloween as a lady bug, and my cousin is dressing as a bumble bee, what are some good ideas for these costumes? (DIY) also im 13 and my cousin is 10 so we dont want anything “skimpy”

How to Create a Bumblebee Costume:1.Lay a yellow sweatshirt out flat and attach black tape in horizontal stripes running across the front. Place a stripe every 2 inches. Turn the sweatshirt over and repeat the process on the back.
2 .Put on black pants and black shoes.
3 Put your sweatshirt on with the hood up. Tighten the hood so that it frames your face and all your hair is hidden.
4 Place the antennae headband on your head over the hood.
5 Draw yellow and black stripes on your face using yellow and black face paint.
LadyBugLadybug Basics
To begin this costume, find a pair of black pants and a red sweatshirt. Next, find a pair of black shoes and a black stocking cap. Buy a pair of wings at a craft store.
To create the buggy look, cut circles out of black felt. Use fabric glue to attach the felt to the sweatshirt. Remember that a ladybug is symmetrical, so each dot should have an opposite dot.
Next, attach black pipe cleaners to the stocking cap with either glue or a quick sew. Curl the ends of the pipe cleaners around your finger for an extra-cute look.
Perfect Wings
To make your wings look lovely, use red spray paint to color white wings red. It would be best to spray the wings outdoors on spread-out newspaper. When the wings are red, use black paint to add large dots to the wings. If you want to make your wings even fancier, run a line of glue along the edges and then sprinkle red glitter on top. Shake off the excess glitter onto the newspaper and store it back in the glitter container.
Ladybug Makeup
To give your ladybug costume “frosting on the cake”, apply red blush or red face paint to your cheeks. Add bright red lipstick and your ladybug look will be as cute as a bug.

How should I do my hair for my halloween costume?
I am being a ladybug for halloween and i need to know how to do my hair. here is the costume:

It comes with an antennae on a black headband. i want to do something with my hair, and not just leave it down. my hair is extremely thick, and takes a while to do anything good with. i need something simple and quick. thanks!

Put your hair into high bunchies, or a plain pony tail then you could get some spray in hair dye (non permanent) and just spray Random spots into your hair , if you haven’t got time to go out then black eyeliner or black face paint will also work and it wont damage your hair!! Xx happy halloween

Cut the cardboard into a circle shape and either paint or cover the cardboard red . Put your dots on .

you can use felt and make a slip on circle thing with 2 sides and cut out a white felt m
u can then get poofy mickey-mouse style gloves and wear colored leggings
it turned out super cute
im going to be hermione, go harry potter!

I need serious help with my halloween costume?
I’m really having trouble thinking of a clever yet sexy halloween costume. I don’t want to go as the really typical things like nurse or school girl, and I don’t like the idea of dressing up like celebrities. I do have a red corset so I was thinking maybe ladybug, and one of my friends suggested angel, but neither of those are very original. My other option was a baseball player because I like the idea of the eyeblack, but I wouldn’t know what team to be. I just don’t want it to look lame, I want something at least a little different. Any ideas/suggestions?
