Red and Black:

You could get some white cardstock and design your own invites. You could decorate them with lady bug stickers (or find a good image online and print it out onto the invitiation). Also….you could do Mouse Ears in black on red cardstock. Tulips are red and have black centers (or at least some Tulips do).

Also…there is a great online store http://www.littleladybugdesigns.com and they allow you to custom make your own invitations/announcements, etc. You could do this and have these colors and, maybe, include a picture of the sonogram (which is black and white, right?).

Red and black really isn’t that hard. Checker boards are red and black (or chess boards). Valentines day is around the corner and you’ll find lots of cute baby stuff and plush animals to decorate with in RED.

Just think outside the box…you’ll do fine. But I must say that I think LADYBUGS are a great way to go!!

I would say use a simple red flower with a small spray of baby’s breath. Then take some ladybug beads and wire wrap the end of it. Connect that to a wire of matching seed beads. What’s in my mind is kind of hard to explain..I’d have to draw it out lol. But it would be sort of like a spray with lady bugs and beads in it. If your really interested I would happy to draw you a picture and email it to you. I can also tell you a great place to order the beads from.
