How can i make my ladybug halloween costume different??

Ok so im going to a halloween party in a week, and im going to be a ladybug, right? It’s a guys party and i bought this costume to look super cute.I was talking to my bff and turns out we bought the same costume. So im changing mine a little, i added a black belt with silver holes, put the antennas on a cuter headband and put a huge red flower on where the white one is instead, oh andim wearing black sweater boots just fyi

Do you think a ladybug would be a good costume for a 16 year old girl?

I was going to get a red shirt and maybe do black poka dots on it. then i was going to either do a black tutu or just do black capri shorts but idk yet…then i was going to get red knee high socks and do black poka dots on them too and put a fake daisy on top of each sock…then i was going to just do black shoes…then i was going to get wings and antennas from wet seal..

does this sound like a good idea for me? im somewhere between plus size and normal size. and im 16…(everyone at school dresses up)
