Teach how to cook something. A peanut butter and jelly sandwich is the classic How To paper to write. Something simple, that you basically are reading instructions out loud. Be clear and loud enough to hear, and keep facing the people listening, don’t turn your back and talk.

Well speaking from personal experiences, I once bought my then boyfriend a book, (he was moving to China to teach english, so I got him a phrase book).

Inside the book on alternated pages were the memories I had of the two of us. They started from how we met, our first date, valentines day, the silly jokes we told each other, the time I met his parents, various antics we got up to on trips together, the silly texts we used to send and so on. It was in order of the whole relationship and I placed them on the sticky notes you can get in any stationary store.

He told me after that he read all the notes on the plane over to China and it was one of the greatest gifts he had ever got. I did this as a present for valentines day so maybe this could be used by you for Christmas or something.
